摘要 A level shift circuit is provided to perform a level shift of a signal regardless of a size of a power voltage by using a current mirror which performs conversion of a power voltage. A plus input terminal of a first OP amp(OP1) is connected to a power source through a resistor(RL1) and a buffer amp(BA01). A minus input terminal of the first OP amp is connected to the power source through a resistor(Rs1). An output terminal of the first OP amp is connected through a resistor(Rf1). The first OP amp receives the power source as an operation power. A reverse-phase signal is amplified by the first OP amp. A plus input terminal of a second OP amp(OP2) is connected to the power source through a resistor(RL2). A minus input terminal of the second OP amp is connected to the power source through the buffer amp and a resistor(Rs2). The minus input terminal of the second OP amp is connected to the output terminal of the first OP amp through a resistor(Rf2). The same phase signal is amplified by the second OP amp.
