<p>Inerting device (1) comprises a feed tubular system (30) connected to an inert gas arrangement and to a protective chamber (2). The oxygen removed from compressed air in a nitrogen generator is fed as oxygen-enriched air to the feed tubular system via an output (11b) of the generator to adjust and/or hold a required inert level in the protective chamber. Preferred Features: The feed tubular system opens into a further feed tubular system (20) and is connected via this system to the protective chamber. A valve arrangement is opened in a prescribed pressure region to allow an oxygen pressure vessel to be filled with the oxygen-enriched air.</p> |
