摘要 The invention relates to the distribution of advertising information messages, particularly images (with the agreement of a subscriber) by means of a proprietary program used in mobile Smartphone type telephones up to the moment of an incoming/outgoing call and to screening the sent advertising information messages by the subscriber using said program. The method for distributing advertising information messages consists in loading by a distributor the proprietary program of the distributor into a subscriber's mobile telephone, thereby enabling said subscriber to receive the advertising information messages, in transmitting the advertising information messages to the subscriber, and in following receiving messages by the subscriber and in screening them on the mobile telephone of the subscriber. The proprietary program of the distributer is loaded in the mobile telephone of the subscriber in the form of a program which makes it possible to carry out the survey of the subscriber, to transmit the advertising information messages to the subscriber according to the media planing of the advertiser and to receive the advertising information messages at the moment of the incoming or the outgoing call or receiving or transmitting SMS or MMS messages on the mobile telephone. Money is credited to the account of the subscriber for viewing the advertising information messages on his mobile telephone. A specific media code registered with every mobile communication operator is assigned to the proprietary program of the distributer for receiving the advertising information messages. Said media code is a four-unit SMS number. Loading the proprietary program of the distributor for receiving the advertising information messages into a subscriber's mobile telephone is carried out after transmitting said media code for carrying out said loading by the subscriber from his mobile telephone to the mobile communication operator. Before transmitting the advertising information messages to the subscriber the subscriber's interest spheres are identified and the agreement of the subscriber is obtained. The subscriber's interest spheres are identified through polling and analysing the answers of the subscriber to the questions of a questionnaire. In the questionnaire the subscriber announces his agreement on receiving the advertising information messages in the form of audio and/or video advertising information images and/or a static advertising information image and/or a GIF animated advertising information image and/or a video advertising information image with sound. The advertising information image incoming to a screen of the mobile telephone is scaled according to the size of the screen of the mobile telephone. Loading the advertising information messages is carried out through a GPRS Internet connection of the mobile telephone of the subscriber with the mobile communication operator. The proprietary program of the distributer for receiving the advertising information messages by the subscriber is started on the mobile telephone automatically and operates in the background mode.
