<p>The invention relates to a generator for preparing and injecting a foam with special qualities, a foam necessary to produce light cellular-expanded concrete without using autoclavization. The installation comprises a tank (4) for the foaming solution, which is provided inside with a level sensor (23) and a suction pipe, at the end of which there is fixed a strainer (5), said suction pipe being a pipe wherethrough the foaming solution is directed to an apparatus (2) for dosing and pressurizing the liquid, said apparatus transmitting the foaming solution through a liquid pipe, to a liquid-air common distributor (12), wherein the air derived from an air-compression element (1) is also introduced, in the common distributor (12) there being also fixed a common pipe, which makes the connection with a lance (3) wherein the foaming solution and the air form the foam by a laminar swirling flow, said lance (3) being provided with stages of catalytic filters, made of bimetal material, which, regulates the ionization degree of the solution, under the action of an electronic controlling device, so as to confer a hydrophilic character on the surface-active molecule thereof.</p> |
