An apparatus for changing a frequency of a clock signal is provided to prevent the lowering of reception sensitivity of a receiving signal by generating a clock signal as a frequency that prevent the interference in a frequency of a communication channel between a mobile communication terminal and a base station. A modem(220) communicates with a base station through an RF(Radio Frequency) processor, and an Oscillator(240) provides the modem with an operational clock signal. A voltage transformer(230) converts a channel information signal, which is provided during the communication between the modem and the base station, into voltage. The voltage transformer generates a clock signal as a frequency in which high frequency component does not influence the interference in a communication channel performing the communication with the base station.
