An aryl amine derivative is provided to secure stability of materials due to the increase of glass transition temperature(Tg), and to improve stability, luminous efficiency, brightness and power efficiency of a organic electro luminescence device when used as a hole transfer material. An aryl amine derivative represented by chemical formula 1 comprises tetrahydropyrene as a core has an amine group substituent of independently -NAr^1Ar^2 and -NAr^3Ar^4 at position 2 and position 7. X^1 and X^2 between tetrahydro pyrene and amine groups (-NAr^1Ar^2 and -NAr^3Ar^4) are aromatic ring groups which is independently substituted and is not substituted. An organic electroluminescence device comprises (i) a positive electrode, (ii) a negative electrode, and (iii) at least one organic material layer between the positive electrode and negative electrode.
