摘要 Nano-powder and a manufacture method thereof using plasma combustion are provided to manufacture 20-500nm of nano-powder by optimizing the type and speed of a carrier gas, a central gas, a quenching gas and a shielding gas. A method for manufacturing nano-powder comprises the following steps of: preparing 8-30wt% of titanium oxide(TiO2), zinc oxide(ZnO), silicon oxide(SiO2), boron oxide(B2O3) and sodium oxide(Na2O) and mixing the mixed oxides mechanically in order to obtain mixed powder; fusing, fast-cooling and pulverizing the mixed powder to obtain a micro-sized precursor; injecting the precursor together with a carrier gas into an RF(Radio Frequency) plasma combustion device; supplying a central gas and shielding gas to the RF plasma combustion device; and supplying a quenching gas to the RF plasma combustion device.
