A generator using the heat of exhaust gas of a ship is provided to perform the efficient operation of the energy by generating electricity through using the heat of the exhaust gas ejected at high temperature as a heating source. A generator using the heat of exhaust gas of a ship comprises a funnel casing(2), a funnel(3), a heat collector(10), a electricity generating unit of a ship. The funnel is protruded to the top of the funnel casing. The funnel ejects the exhaust gas of the ship. The heat collector is positioned on the top of the funnel. The heat is delivered to the heat collector from the exhaust gas ejected in the funnel. The electricity generating unit is connected to the heat collector. The electricity generating unit generates electricity by using the heat collected from the heat collector.
