A semiconductor circuit is provided, which improves the precharge speed of the bit line by equipping with the precharge circuit. A semiconductor circuit comprises the bit line in which the power supply voltage is applied, and the bit line bar in which the ground power is applied. The precharge circuit comprises NMOS type transistors(131,132,133) and PMOS transistors(141,142,143). The precharge generator(110) outputs the precharge voltage from the precharge circuit. The precharge controller(120) operates and controls the precharge circuit. The precharge circuit makes the current flow to the logic high in the logic low between the bit line and bit line bar by utilizing PMOS transistors and NMOS transistors.
