<p>A transport facility has a vertically movable body 33 configured to move vertically to transport articles 1 and a tubular body 32 provided to a plurality of floors. The tubular body 32 has a vertical travel path within it for the vertically movable body 33 to move vertically among a plurality of floors and access openings 31 that are provided at least on two floors and that areused when articles 1 are taken in or out of the tubular body 32. A fire door 63, which can be opened and closed to block an inside of the tubular body 32 with the fire door 63 extending across the vertical travel path, is provided between two adjacent floors.</p> |
