A food waste dryer using waste heat of a boiler is provided to reduce electrical charge according to the driving of a food waste drying machine by utterly drying the food waste through waste heat of a boiler installed at home or a dining chamber. A food waste dryer using waste heat of a boiler comprises a chamber(3), a drying chamber(5), a tray(7), an exhaust pipe(12) and, an auxiliary drying unit. The chamber is installed at a stack(2) of a boiler(1). The drying chamber is installed inside the chamber and is opened and closed with a door. The tray is installed inside the drying chamber. Food waste(6) is put in the tray. The exhaust pipe is connected to the drying chamber and is equipped with a filter(13). When the boiler is not operated, the auxiliary drying unit dries the food waste with the waste heat of high temperature flowing between the chamber and the drying chamber and comprises a mounting plate, an electric heater(15), a motor(16) and a circulation fan(17). The mounting plate is installed inside the drying chamber. The circulation fan is rotated with the electric heater and the motor. |
