An array substrate for a liquid crystal display device is provided to improve a contact property between a source/drain metal pattern and a gate driving circuit line. A plurality of gate driving circuit lines(270) and a plurality of driving transistors correspond a gate driving unit. A source/drain metal pattern(254) is designed to be overlapped in the gate driving circuit line. A contact hole passes a part of the overlapped part of the gate driving circuit line and the source/drain metal pattern. A transparent connecting pattern(284) connects the source/drain metal pattern and the gate driving circuit line through the contact hole. |
