A rich media server, and a system and a method for transmitting a rich media are provided to generate a rich media proper to a reproduction environment depending on the information selected by a user. A terminal device(10) request a rich media. When a display function for a user selection menu is selected by a user, a terminal device outputs a display function selection signal. A rich media server(100) includes an interfacing unit(20) and a rich media processing unit(60). The interfacing unit communicates with the terminal device. The rich media processor generates a rich media requested through the interfacing unit, and generates a user selection menu. |
