A method for efficiently manufacturing an arylalkynyl compound is provided to prevent the generation of metal waste by generating carbon dioxide as by-products and using inexpensive propiolic acid as a starting material. A method for efficiently manufacturing an arylalkynyl compound comprises the steps of: (a) reacting a mixture of compounds of chemical formula 2 and chemical formula 3 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4; and (b) adding a compound of chemical formula 5 to produce a compound of chemical formula 1. The (a) step performs reaction by stirring the mixture at room temperature for 11-15 hours. The (b) step performs reaction at 85-95 °C for 11-15 hours. The mixture of (a) step further comprises palladium having oxidation state of 0 and +2 as a catalyst.
