A jig for manufacturing a guide roller is provided to offer convenience for manufacturing a guide roller using a lathe by installing many materials for manufacturing a guide roller for restricting the movement of a guide roller in the axial direction and the rotating direction. A jig for manufacturing a guide roller comprises a body portion(10) mounted to a headstock of a lathe, and inserting and supporting many guide rollers(12) along the full length, an end cover(18) fastened to the body portion to restrict the movement of the guide roller in the axial direction and the rotating direction against the body portion, and many spacers(14) inserted and installed to the body portion to be arranged between the guide rollers, wherein an end spacer(16) is inserted to the end of the body portion to prevent the separation of the guide roller and installed not to be separated by the end cover fastened to the end of the body portion.
