A system and a method for filling in a form concerning a financial business are provided to store personal information in a database through a mobile phone, a PDA or a PC and to transmit the personal information to a server of a financial agency. A transmission and reception unit(120) transmits personal information inputted from a user terminal(110) to a controller(130), and transmits an approval number generated from the controller to the user terminal. A storing unit(140) stores the personal information, and the controller stores the personal information from the transmission and reception unit in the storage unit. The controller manages the stored personal information. When a client inputs an approval number by visiting the correspondent financial agency, the controller outputs the personal information stored at the storage unit. |
