A system of supplying a template of decision-making how to plan a container terminal and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to make a plan for an efficient operation and to supply a template of decision-making. A decision-making template server(100) stores the operation plan information of a container terminal, decision-making activity information, each input variable and resource information related to decision-making at a database. The decision-making template server produces the profiles of resources related to one decision-making activity, and calculates the capacity of resources required for the decision-making activity quantitatively. According to the comparison result, the decision-making template server shows the decision-making template for determining whether or not the operation plan and the decision-making activity are confirmed. |
