GASZATION REACTOR AND PRE-TREATMENT OF BIO-DISEL MATERIALS USING THE SAME

Provided are a gasification reactor which is capable of producing biodiesel fuel with a low acid value satisfying the acid value standard of the biodiesel fuel, and which is capable of reusing acid oil and the like as the biodiesel fuel, and a method for pre-treating biodiesel raw materials using the same. A gasification reactor comprises: a housing having a predetermined internal volume; a motor installed in an upper central part of the housing; a plurality of agitating vanes disposed across the inner central part of the housing and rotationally driven by the motor to perform an agitation motion; a raw material feeding part connected to one side of an upper part of the housing to feed dehydrated oils and fats; a plurality of tubes disposed along an inner diameter surface of the housing; an alcohol feeding part connected to a spiral tube inside the housing; a multistage tray reactor installed between a discharge part formed on the bottom of the housing and the other side of the upper part of the housing; and a sparger for re-spraying a mixed solution resupplied from the multistage tray reactor into the housing.
