An apparatus for telecommunications capable of eliminating oscillation is provided to be applied to a new repeater that enables the smooth transmission and reception of a signal. A donor antenna(310) and a service antenna(390) are connected to a duplexer(320), and the duplexer provides a base station signal received from the donor antenna to a low-noise amplifier(330) after eliminating harmonics from the base station signal. When the transmission signal from the service antenna is detected in the donor antenna after feedback, a first switch(340) is turned off to prevent the oscillation of the repeater.
