A stabilizer with improved handle structure for heart surgery is provided to facilitate surgical operation by rotating a trestle and a flexible arm in various directions. A trestle is fixed to a flexible arm(11), which consists of multiple articulations. A wire(12) is connected to the flexible arm. A handle(40) is spirally connected to the back side of an effector(13). A pusher(20) having an inclined surface(20a) is inserted into an opened slope surface of a fixing axis(21). A stand(31) of a main holder(30) accommodates the fixing axis. An insert(42) is inserted into the handle. The effector and a screw thread(42a) are formed on the inner circumference of the insert. A plurality of ribs(43) are formed on the outer circumference of the insert.
