A maintenance and management system for rescheduling an error processing deadline and a method thereof are provided to reflect a property of each device or a customer's request about errors occurring in at least one management target device, thereby rescheduling an error processing deadline. A communication unit(21) receives error generation information from at least one management target device during a predetermined period. A storage unit(22) stores a grade by an error kind and a processing deadline by a grade. A controller(23) determines a grade and a processing deadline of the error. The controller adjusts the processing deadline of the error by reflecting preset limit information to the processing deadline by a grade.
