A bucket load weight measuring device of a wheel loader is provided to precisely measure the weight of loads in a bucket for resolving the problems caused in the durability of equipment and the safety of a vehicle caused by overloaded load. A bucket load weight measuring device of a wheel loader includes load cells(15), a signal amplifier(9), an A/D converter(10), and a numerical calculation unit(11). The load cells are mounted to a plurality of bucket fixing pins(5-7), which connect a bucket(1) to a boom(2), for measuring the weight of loads in the bucket. The signal amplifier amplifies output signals from the load cells. The A/D converter converts the amplified analogue signals to digital signals. The numerical calculation unit integrates output voltages generated from the A/D converter to convert the result to the intensity of force.
