An online personal information management system and an online social network management method are provided to enable a user to safely use his/her personal information without the leakage of the information to the outside. A personal information storage medium(20) is connected to a user computer(10), and includes a personal information database. A personal information management server(30) includes a personal information loading device, a personal information management device and a personal information storage device. The personal information loading device provides a personal management application to a user's computer through a network, and loads from the user's computer to the received personal database. The personal information management device manages the personal information database, and the personal information storage device stores the personal information database to the personal information storage medium. |
