<p>An organic light emitting device is provided to maximize current efficiency by controlling charge mobility of a hole injecting material and an electron transporting material. An organic light emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a light emitting layer, and a hole injecting layer. The light emitting layer is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The hole injecting layer is positioned between the first electrode and the light emitting layer. The hole injecting layer is positioned between the light emitting layer and the second electrode. The hole injecting layer includes a first compound made of the element selected among the group of Mo, Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and Bo, and the element selected from the group of the O, F, S, Cl, Se, Br and I, and the hole injecting material that is an organic compound. The electron transporting layer includes the second compound that is a metal compound and the electron transporting material.</p> |
