A screw for fixing the spine is provided, in which the spine screw is formed in a double screw thread and improves the coherence by making the screw drive a tunnel in the spine in mounting the spine screw. A screw for fixing the spine comprises: a screw part(200) comprising a screw for fixing the backbone of a patient; and a head unit(100) formed integrally on the top of the screw part. The head unit comprises: a U-shaped rod insertion hole(102) in which the rod for connecting to the neighboring backbone fixing screw is inserted; a female thread(103) formed at the inner side of the U-shaped rod insertion hole; and a groove(101) for fixing the tools.
