A tuyere assembly is provided to inject auxiliary fuel into a melter-gasifier through a pair of fuel injection pipes to improve combustion efficiency of the auxiliary fuel. A tuyere assembly(100) is installed in a melter-gasifier and includes a tuyere(10), a pair of fuel injection pipes(20) and a fuel supply pipe. The tuyere includes a gas passage(101) for injecting oxygen contained gas into the melter-gasifier. The fuel injection pipes are arranged distant from the gas passage and penetrate the tuyere. The fuel injection pipes inject auxiliary fuel into the melter-gasifier. The fuel supply pipe supplies the auxiliary fuel to the fuel injection pipes.
