A method for generating an outlet profile of a metal shield tape forming device and a method for manufacturing the metal shield tape forming device are provided to generate geometrical parameters of the outlet profile by an objective method. A shape of an outlet profile of a metal shield tape forming device is modeled by bonding a first arc and a second arc(S10). The first arc has an internal diameter of D1. The second arc has the internal diameter of D2 greater than D1. Input values are determined(S20). The D1 and the D2 are generated based on the modeled shape of the outlet profile and the input values(S30).
