A pipe connecting sheet using a hot wire of a heat generating member for electronic fusion is provided to prevent the leakage of a fluid by connecting pipes or boards made of polyethylene safely and strongly by making electronic fusion smoothly with power supply even if a portion of several strands of hot wires are cut off and preventing thermal expansion and penetration during fusion. A pipe connecting sheet using a hot wire of a heat generating member for electronic fusion, for connecting a pipe by installing a hot wire to one side of a rectangular sheet plate and winding a pipe, is formed by installing many strands of hot wires(30) of a heat generating members, which are formed by twisting and weaving evenly many heating wires, in the C-shape to have a space(71) on one side of the sheet plate, and passing through a pair of an upper roller and a lower roller and pressing along a press line(72) to be fixed in one united body, and supplying power to a terminal(33) to be connected.
