METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF SOLTLESS MOTOR STATOR USING MAGNETIC ANISOTROPIC OF NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET

A method for manufacturing a stator for a slotless motor using a magnetic anisotropic property of a non-oriented electric steel sheet is provided to increase an amount of magnetic flux by forming a three dimensional magnetic flux path to make the magnetic flux pass through a layer with a high magnetic permeability. A non-oriented electric steel sheet(9) with non-uniform magnetic permeability in a magnetization direction is stacked. The non-oriented electric steel sheet is rotated as much as the rotation angle determined by the cycle of the magnetic anisotropic cycle and the total of the stacked sheets and is stacked. The rotation angle is 90/(N-1) if the total of the stacked sheets is N. The rotation angle of each layer is (K-1) x 90/(N-1) if the K is a stack sequence.
