Composition for the care and/or cleaning of the skin, comprises at least an anhydrous combination of peroxide, and basic compound dispersed in anhydrous alcoholic carrier. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic set of two different composition, comprising peroxide, basic compound and metallic oxide conditioned in the two compositions or in two different compositions, where the second composition comprises alcoholic carriers and aqueous system, and the set does not comprise peroxide mixture and basic compound in the composition containing aqueous system; and (2) a cosmetic process comprising applying the composition or cosmetic set of which the compositions are mixed before the application, on the skin.
