The sleeve (1) has hollow cylindrical elements (11-14) arranged on a bend section of an injection tube by clipping, such that the sleeve dissipates the vibratory energy by the friction of each element on the tube when the tube is subjected to vibration, where the elements are made of elastic material. The elements are connected to one another by a connection unit (5) i.e. plastic or metallic core, and are split by a narrow slit. The elements have length of 10 millimeters, and are spaced from one another for a length higher than 10 millimeters. An independent claim is also included for an injection device comprising a sleeve mounted on the length of a bend section of an injection tube.
