The system has hydraulic valve blocks with several control valve segments (4) arranged in a juxtaposed manner. Each segment includes a pumping duct (12), a return duct (14) and a valve rod (22) displaceable to open and close the duct (12) and to close and open the duct (14) at variable degrees according to a position of the rod. Actuators are arranged in a juxtaposed manner, where each actuator has an electric motor connected to the rod using a coupling mechanism (33).
