The device (7) has an intermediate part i.e. web (15), forming a hinge connection between a flat air bag case support part (11) and a fixation part (12). The web authorizes a rotational movement of the part (11) with respect to the part (12) during actuating an airbag. Stop units of the part (11) and counter-stop units of the part (12), are mutually supported together for limiting the rotational movement of the part (11). The stops units are constituted of an edge (23) and an outer surface and the counter-stop units are constituted of an edge (24) and an end.
