The flap (10) has a locking tab (13) extending towards the interior of a motor vehicle i.e. electric vehicle, where the trap is rotationally mounted with respect to a rectangular opening (2) of a body element (1) i.e. grille, of the vehicle between a closed position and an extreme opened position. The flap totally closes the opening, and is locked by a control actuator, in its closed position, and the opening is totally opened in the opened position of the flap. The flap is locked by the control actuator in its defined intermediate position.
