The accessory has modular orthopedic elements for easing support pain, where the orthopedic elements are provided with installation units for installing the elements in a repositionable manner by gripping on a recipient sole (3) plated in the footwear. A comfort sole (7) is placed above an upper side of the elements, and is in contact with a foot received in the foot wear, where the elements are made of elastomeric material.
