PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate which is excellent in printing resistance and less liable to cause surface flaws.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive lithographic printing plate is a negative lithographic printing plate including a photopolymerizable sensitive layer on a support, the photosensitive layer containing a polymer having a vinyl group-substituted phenyl group in the side chain and a silicon-based compound.
