PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an information delivery system that is easily utilized together with an integrated FAX transmission/reception system for a mobile phone. SOLUTION: A single FAX key including an operational function is created in a mobile phone such as a portable game machine to which a mobile communication function is added. There are arranged the mobile phone that outputs a FAX transmitting/receiving command from an instruction part generated on a screen of the mobile phone through the operational function of the FAX key, and a server for FAX transmission/reception corresponding to a telephone number of the mobile phone including the FAX key.
