<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuel tank mounting structure suppressing vibration using the fuel tank as a mass. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical collar 36 is arranged between a seat back fastening point 22 and a fuel tank fastening point 32. Female screws 38, 40 are formed in the collar 36. By screwing a seat back fastening bolt 24 and a fuel tank fastening bolt 34 in the female screws 38, 40, respectively, a vibration system in which the fuel tank 16 vibrates together with a seat back 18B through a floor cross 26, the collar 36, and a floor panel 20, is constituted. A support pin 42 provided on the side of the seat back 18B is supported inside a support recess 46 of a pillar 44.
