PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide network system, terminal, network method and program, achieving high security by preventing a risk that content is leaked to other people. SOLUTION: The network system includes at least a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal having content disclosure authority has a first limited communication means capable of limited communication with the second terminal, and also, the second terminal has a second limited communication means capable of limited communication with the first terminal. When a predetermined relationship of trust is confirmed between the first terminal and the second terminal, the second terminal acquires certificate information for content authentication from the first terminal through the limited communication.
