PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which achieves a high degree of players' involvement in the variable display of identifying information. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a special information variable display control means which starts the variable display of special figures and makes a control to derive the result of the variable display of the special figures at a stop mode corresponding to the result of the jackpot lottery after a prescribed variation period passes, a display result determination means for determining the result of the variable display of the identifying information, a sub CPU which controls to carry out the variable display of the special figures by the special information variable display control means while starting the variable display of the identifying information, and an operation means operable by players. The sub CPU makes a control to derive and display the result of the variable display of the identifying information determined by the display result decision means responding to the prescribed operation of the operation means if made after the special figures variably displayed are stopped.
