PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize varied texture animations with limited texture data. SOLUTION: The image generator for generating animation images is provided with a texture data memory part 302 for storing a plurality of texture data, a texture animation control parameter memory part 303 which stores offset values which are feeding counts of textures from a texture as reference for specifying the texture data, a step value indicating feeding counts of textures per frame being matched with prescribed frames, a texture data selection part 304 which selects texture data per frame from an offset value and a step value and an image data generation part 305 for generating frame images using the texture data selected.
