PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever switch device not lowering the switch operation accuracy set on the body side corresponding to an operation knob and not limiting the operation angle of a lever even when the rotation operation of the lever is conducted. SOLUTION: The lever switch device includes: a lever body 101 rotatably supported by a body; a first remote shaft 111 rotatably incorporated in the lever body 101, and having a first action portion for operating an operation target by being converted into the linear movement by a rotational operation of a first operation knob 110; and a second remote shaft 121 rotatably arranged in the lever body 101 with a structure coaxial with the first remote shaft 111, and having a second action portion for operating an operation target by the rotational operation of the second operation knob 120. The contact surface of an operation component operated by the first action portion is formed with the curved surface of the prescribed curvature radius whose center is almost the center of the rotational center axis of the lever body 101, and the rotation center of the second action portion is set on the rotation center axis of the lever body 101.
