PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal housing component for enhancing coming-off regulation function of a terminal fitting. SOLUTION: The terminal housing component includes a terminal fitting 30 formed in a cantilever shape and containing a lance 35 for being flexibly deformed, a terminal housing chamber 24 for housing the terminal fitting 30, a socket body 20 equipped with a lance locking part 25 for regulating coming-off of the terminal fitting 30 by locking the lance 35 on a side face 24a of inner peripheral surfaces of the terminal housing chamber 24 facing to the lance 35, and a locking convex part 26 and a locking hole 36 fitted at the terminal fitting 30 and the side face 24b of the opposite side from the lance locking part 25 out of inner peripheral faces of the terminal housing chamber 24 and for regulating coming-off of the terminal fitting 30 by locking each other.
