摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce defective processes of a refrigerant tube in a manufacturing process, in a heat exchanger having the refrigerant tube continuously meandering. SOLUTION: A first through-hole 6 formed on a first end plate 4 has the shape composed of a rectangular portion 6a, and two semicircular portions 6b connected with short sides of the rectangular portion 6a and having diameters shorter than a dimension of the short side, and a working hole 7 is formed in adjacent to a long side of the rectangular portion 6a of the first through-hole 6. A second through-hole 8 formed on a second end plate 5 has the shape composed of a rectangular portion 8a, and circular portions 8b connected with short sides of the rectangular portion 8a and having a diameter longer than the short side. A part between the long side of the rectangular portion 6a of the first through-hole 6 of the first end plate 4 and the roughly rectangular working hole 7 is deformed to a refrigerant tube 3 side to fix the refrigerant tube 3, thus a frictional resistance in passing the refrigerant tube 3 through the first through-hole 6 is significantly reduced in the manufacturing process of the heat exchanger, the defective processes of the refrigerant tube 3 are reduced, and manufacturing costs are reduced.
