PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool storage case capable of absorbing a difference in the diameter of a shank part of a cutting tool, firmly holding the shank part and facilitating taking-out. SOLUTION: This tool storage case 1 includes a holding case 10 for holding the shank part 41 of the cutting tool 40, and a cover case 30 covering the cutting tool 40 projecting from the holding case and externally fitted around the external wall 14 of the holding case 10, wherein the holding case 10 includes a rib 25 elastically deformably curved from at least one external wall 13, and a support arm 22 formed at the free end of the rib and having a grip part 23 abutting on an contacting wit the shank part 41.
