The invention is based on the object of proposing an anti-friction bearing and the use thereof, wherein the anti-friction bearing implements an alternative lubricant concept. To this end, the invention proposes an anti-friction bearing (1, 7) having a first raceway (2), having a second raceway (3) and having at least one lubricating element (6) which rolls on the first and/or on the second raceway (2, 3), wherein at least the edge region of the lubricating element (6) is formed from a graphite-rich material and/or from graphite (referred to universally as graphite material hereinbelow), and having a plurality of anti-friction elements (4) which roll on the first and second raceways (2, 3) and are formed, in the edge region, from a low-graphite or a graphite-free material. |
