METHOD FOR NON DESTRUCTIVE CONTROL OF IMPACT VISCOSITY OF ELEMENTS OF METAL CONSTRUCTIONS

Method for non-destructive control of impact viscosity of metal constructions is in measurement of value of magnetic-noise signal and determination of dependence of impact viscosity of elements of metal constructions on characteristics of magnetic noise signal on samples that undergo deformation aging with different levels of deformation. In experiment one determines formula of dependence of frequency of electromagnetic vibrations of inductive circuit of transformer on impact viscosity of elements of metal constructions by means of inductive transformer, after that transformer is placed on surface of element of metal construction under investigation with carrying out measurements of impact viscosity.
