A device for hydraulic classification of polydisperse suspensions contains a housing of cylinder-conic form with classification chambers located in it one above another, where the area of the cross section of each chamber increases from bottom to top inversely proportional to hydraulic coarseness of the particles of material, and for isolation of end products each of the classification chambers forms sections with unloading branch pipes, and the lowest section in the direction of the suspension motion of is equipped with a branch pipe for supplying wash water. The branch pipe for supplying wash water is located in the cylindrical section of the lower section, where the branch pipe with a pipe for supply of suspension is also located, and a distribution cone is located inside the section, and in its lower part distribution gratings are installed, and the part is combined with the bottom, in which a branch pipe for removal of lumpy parts is located, in addition inside each of, at least, two sections, which are located above the lower section, cylinder-conic redistribution equipment is installed with possibility of removal, which is made in the form of lower and upper truncated cones connected by smaller bases, in the case the aperture angle of the upper truncated cone in each redistribution equipment is expanded in the direction of the motion of suspension, and the height of redistribution equipment in the upper section in the direction of the suspension motion exceeds the height of redistribution equipment located in the lower section in the direction of the suspension motion, and the lower part of each section together with redistribution equipment forms pockets and it is equipped with branch pipes for supplying wash water into the pockets, and the lower part of the redistribution equipment is equipped with perforated openings. |
