A line for lost foam casting with crystallization under pressure contains an installation for casting by extrusion in the form of following devices mounted on its metal structure: a roller conveyer with mechanisms of horizontal displacement and fixing an extrusion chamber with a punch; coaxially located with the extrusion chamber mechanisms of vertical displacement of mobile traverse and fixing of a casting container; a pump-and-accumulator station, a vacuum installation and an electric unit. It is connected with near located technological unit of preparation of the casting containers in the form of a horizontal conveyor with closed circuit, a vibration-molding table, a receiving-storage bin, an unit of elevators, a classifier, a knocking-out system and a receiving duct of waste mixture. |
