The invention relates to the installations of mechanical purification of waste water and can be used in the systems of circulating water supply of the plants of machine-building complex, namely in the systems of etching productions and galvanic divisions. A thin-layer settler consists of a reaction chamber, a chamber of settling in thin layer and a sediment accumulation chamber, a thin-layer module, units of introduction and distribution of initial liquid and removal of phases with a conduit of air supply. The settler is equipped with an airlift for pumping of 30% of slime, which is formed during purification, from the accumulation chamber into the reaction chamber (neutralization) with the ratio of the diameters of the water-raising pipe of airlift and conduit of air supply d/d=1.5, in the case flakes of sediment are not broken and serve as the centers of coagulation and crystallization. The invention provides for increase of the purifying effect by 20-30 %, reduction of settling time by 1.5-2 times, and also acceleration of the process of calcium sulfate crystallizing, which contributes to averting appearance of dense salt formations in the water-supply system, which are formed during purification. |
